Evaluations
At Deeper Root Academy, we endeavor to equip and empower our students through the discovery and understanding of their individual gifts, talents, and learning abilities. Because we believe that understanding how you are smart is critical to academic success, each student will be given multiple evaluations which will enable our instructors to maximize student intellectual and personal growth.
The Psycho-Educational Assessment, one of the most comprehensive and valuable evaluations, is unlike the type of standardized testing with which you may be familiar. This assessment involves one-on-one sessions with our highly trained, experienced, and licensed school psychologist and provides information on your child's cognitive ability, IQ, verbal/non-verbal abilities, and achievement in all subject areas. Early assessment will assure that your child's educational experience provides the right mix of challenges and successes to keep him/her motivated to learn. This unique model of evaluation and instruction is not one you will find in any other private, public, or charter schools in the area. We embrace the awesome privilege to truly impact lives while creating an atmosphere where learning, self-discovery, and making connections are the key ingredients for success. This data will be used to create, develop, and implement an Academic Enrichment Plan (AEP) for instruction with the involvement of the student and parent(s).

- Learning Style Inventory
- Right/Left Brain Assessment
- Psycho-Educational Assessment (K-8th)
