I was truly BLESSED that when it was time for Daniel to start school August 2015 Ms Simmons call me talking about you & your school, as soon as I hung up I call, I got my packet in the mail I made it to orientation on Colonial I was impressed then & even more now. The children are learning & retaining what they are learning. Really if I haven’t said it I want to tell you guys “thank you!” “Thank you,” Mrs Cannon, Ms. Randall, Ms Clemons & Mrs. Mckenzie for all the hard work that you have done & doing with our Daniel. Dr Kennedy words sometimes is not enough. Also, I know it’s challenging sometimes with us parents, so many different personalities, but you take care of all of us so very well. "I just wanted give accolades to Mrs. Hardy and Deeper Root Academy. This transition to Distance Learning has seemed seamless for me. Mrs. Hardy has done an excellent job staying in contact and keeping up with the students via zoom, despite any technological challenges that may present. She has been flexible and available for the students. As we all are getting used to a new normal, she has been amazing in this process. It is a blessing to have a teacher who cares about the welfare of your child. She is awesome!, can we keep her next year ? LoL! Stay blessed and keep up the good work at DRA!!!!"

"Dr. Kennedy has been tutoring my kids for eight years. My oldest son started in fourth grade and is now an upcoming senior. With the FCAT, she has been our hero. Meaning, the school they were attending failed in preparing them accurately for the writing exam. Before any aid, Bobby, the oldest, only passed with a 2. The middle and youngest were tutored by Dr. Kennedy and passed at the top of their class with 5 and 4 (the new test 2012/13 school year). She makes the kids comfortable to learn and confident to excel in the classroom. I cannot imagine where my kids' academic achievement would be without her expertise. I have recommended her to several of my friends who had children struggling in the classroom. With her strategies and educational professionalism, they are thriving. My youngest will head to sixth grade with the hopes of being the first class of Deeper Root Academy. Preparing for my son for college, I have discovered the requirements for admission is competitive. Therefore, I can relax knowing my daughter will be in great hands."

"This year, Angela has truly been such a blessing to my younger daughter who is in the third grade. This was my daughter’s first year taking the FCAT. Since the first grade, I have been informed by her teachers that she struggles with maintaining her focus during class instruction and while completing class work. Thus, she has been challenged in her academic performance. It was Angela who made me aware of the 504 Plan that would allow her to be tested in a separate room from her class with fewer restrictions.
I am forever grateful for Angela Kennedy’s tutorial services that have helped catapult both of my daughters into such tremendous academic progress. Her proficient teaching techniques and skills to inspire young students are proficient assets for our children’s education. I absolutely want to maintain and retain Angela’s services for future educational endeavors of both of my daughters.
