Deeper Root Academy's P.I.C. serves the students, families and staff at Deeper Root Academy. P.I.C. provides the opportunity to serve, to volunteer and to contribute to the welfare of our children. Together we find the ways to provide each student a safe environment with the best teachers, tools and resources to meet those needs and unlock success in every child.  Becoming involved in P.I.C. and our activities is a contribution and investment into your child’s education and well-being.

The members of Deeper Root Academy's P.I.C. are part of a great group of people that exist to:
  • Sustain a Family-School Partnership- provides a forum of exchange of ideas between school and family.  Creates an atmosphere of learning that includes educational fun for home and school.
  • Identify Educational Resources and implement strategies to provide the resources through fundraising.  We provide Assemblies, Literacy programs, Health and Fitness programs and numerous others.

Anyone with an interest in Deeper Root Academy can join P.I.C. – parents, grandparents, friends, and business owners are all welcome! Joining P.I.C. is a great way to show your support and does not require active participation, although volunteering is always welcomed and appreciated!

The cost to join P.I.C. is $20. This money will help fund different community projects and activities throughout the year.
